Oral Health & Microbiome Verified Consumer Question

Has anyone actually tried ProDentim for bleeding gums? Real experiences after 60+ days?

My dental hygienist mentioned that oral microbiome probiotics (specifically BLIS K-12 and BLIS M-18 strains) are starting to replace aggressive chlorhexidine mouthwashes for bleeding gum pockets. I keep seeing ProDentim advertised everywhere claiming it repopulates good bacteria in your mouth and stops gum sensitivity. Is this legit or just another overhyped affiliate supplement? Has anyone here actually taken it for 2 to 3 months and seen real clinical changes in pocket depths or morning breath?

I'll give you an honest negative-to-neutral report: I took it for 40 days hoping it would whiten my coffee-stained front teeth because some sketchy TikTok video claimed it 'rebuilds white enamel.' It does NOT whiten teeth at all—enamel is mineralized hydroxyapatite and no chewable candy is going to magically regrow tooth enamel once it's eroded. I called their support line and requested a refund under their 60-day policy. To their credit, ClickBank support processed my \$69 refund within 48 hours without arguing. So at least their money-back guarantee is 100% real.

Sarah is completely right about enamel—claims of regrowing tooth enamel are marketer nonsense. However, biologically, ProDentim isn't formulated for enamel; it's an oral probiotic containing 3.5 billion CFU of Lactobacillus Paracasei, B.lactis BL-04, and Inulin prebiotic fiber. Standard mouthwashes kill 99% of bacteria, including the nitrate-reducing bacteria your mouth needs for nitric oxide production and gum defense. When I dissolved one tablet sublingually every morning after brushing, my morning tongue coating cleared up within 10 days, and my pocket depths went from 4mm to 2mm on my lower molars at my 6-month checkup. It works on soft tissue and gum flora, not cosmetic whitening.

CRITICAL PSA FOR MEMBERS: If you decide to test ProDentim, DO NOT buy it off third-party Amazon, Walmart, or eBay sellers. There are dozens of counterfeit overseas knockoffs shipping inert pressed chalk without live probiotic cultures, stored in hot fulfillment warehouses where the live bacteria die. Only order through their direct manufacturer cold-storage portal at dealsdirectdaily.com/ia/prodentim. That's the only place backed by the authentic ClickBank 60-day refund guarantee and verified batch certificates.

Thank you Dr_Dave and Elena! That clears up the confusion on enamel vs soft tissue. Exactly what I was looking for. I just ordered the 3-bottle package through the direct warehouse link to test before my next periodontal cleaning in November. Will post updated pocket depth measurements here.

Following this thread! Does it have a strong chemical mint taste or is it mild? Mint usually triggers acid reflux for me.

Very mild, naturally sweetened with strawberry/peppermint extract, no artificial saccharin. You chew or dissolve it slowly so it coats the gums. No stomach distress.
